Under Ghanaian law, customers are entitled to receive goods that are:

3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Except where faulty or incorrectly supplied, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery
Change-of-mind purchases
Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
4. How to Report an Issue
To request a return, exchange, or refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the following:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be made via:
Original payment method (Mobile Money, card, or bank transfer), or
Store credit (with customer consent)
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the issue resulted from our error
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only where:
An incorrect item was supplied, or
The product is confirmed to be defective
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
This complies with Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) governing online transactions
8. Damaged Items on Delivery
If an item arrives damaged:
Take clear photos immediately upon receipt
Contact us within 48 hours
