PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am-6pm GMT, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for local and standard ground shipping delivery.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED (no broken seal) products in its original package purchased through https://tekkiebeautystore.com, and within 48 hours of original purchase date.

Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.

Skincare and ”treatment “ products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For products NOT purchased through  https://tekkiebeautystore.com , please contact the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
